TOURISM CLUB
The Tourism Club is intended to generate awareness and understanding of the tourism industry: The club aims to educate its members about various aspects of the tourism industry, including its economic, social, and environmental impacts. This can be done through guest lectures, workshops, and discussions. It Provides networking opportunities: The club can organize events and activities that allow its members to connect with professionals working in the tourism industry. The club organizes trips and excursions. One of the primary aims of a tourism club is to provide practical exposure to its members. The club can organize trips to different destinations, both locally and internationally, allowing members to experience different cultures, explore tourist destinations.
FILM CLUB
Film is a powerful medium that reflects and explores various cultures, societies, and perspectives. The club aims to broaden members' cultural horizons by showcasing movies from different parts of the world, which helps its members to gain insights into diverse societies and lifestyles. The film club fosters a love and appreciation for the art of filmmaking. Members come together to watch and discuss films from different genres, countries, and time periods, expanding their knowledge and understanding of cinema as a whole.
NATURE CLUB
The club promotes awareness and understanding of environmental issues among students. This includes organizing workshops, lectures, film screenings, and other educational activities to raise awareness about topics such as climate change, pollution, biodiversity loss, and sustainable living. The club aims at taking an active role in conserving and restoring natural habitats and ecosystems on campus and in the surrounding areas. The members of the club engage in outdoor activities which provide opportunities for students to engage with nature. This includes organizing hiking trips, camping outings, birdwatching excursions, or nature photography etc.
WOMEN'S CELL
Women's Cell is aiming at intellectual and social upliftment of the female students. The cell stands for facilitating women's empowerment through lectures, seminars, awareness programmes, life skill training programmes, entrepreneurship training and other welfare activities.
ED CLUB
The main objective of the Entrepreneurship development club is to infuse creativity and innovation among the students of our college. The ED Club is functioning in our college to inculcate Entrepreneurship culture among youth and equip them with the knowledge skill techniques and confidence to act as torch bearers of enterprise for the new generation. ED Club provide a platform for realizing business opportunities by arranging industrial visit , business awareness classes, and practical sessions on skill development training and interaction with entrepreneurs etc.
Anti – Ragging Cell
The Anti-Ragging Cell is dedicated to ensuring a safe and respectful campus environment by preventing and addressing any instances of ragging. Operating under a strict zero-tolerance policy, the cell actively monitors student interactions, conducts awareness programs, and provides support to affected individuals. It functions in accordance with the University Grants Commission (UGC) regulations and relevant legal provisions to uphold students' rights and well-being.
Anti – Narcotic Cell
The Anti-Narcotic Cell is committed to fostering a drug-free campus by promoting awareness, prevention, and support. Through educational programs, workshops, and collaborations with local authorities, the cell educates students about the dangers of substance abuse and the importance of a healthy lifestyle. It also provides confidential counselling and support for those affected, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all.
Students’ Redressal and Grievance Cell
The Student Grievance Redressal Cell (SGRC) serves as a formal platform for students to voice concerns related to academic, administrative, or personal matters. Operating under the guidelines of the University Grants Commission (UGC), the cell ensures that grievances are addressed promptly, impartially, and confidentially. Students can submit their complaints through online forms, suggestion boxes, or by directly contacting committee members. The SGRC is committed to fostering a supportive campus environ
Sports Club
The Sports Club is dedicated to promoting physical fitness, teamwork, and a spirit of healthy competition among students. It offers a variety of athletic activities and organizes events to encourage active participation and foster camaraderie. The club serves as a platform for students to develop their skills, engage in recreational pursuits, and represent the institution in various sports disciplines.
